Paumbhaji Pretty crunchy vegetables
Paumbhaji, big and small at all prices. And the best part is that you can add all the vegetables you like. My daughter gets vegetables at a lower price, but also at a lower price. Ingredients :-

2-3 small potatoes (peel and cut into large pieces)

Cauliflower (take a large samari)

Bowl of peas (folla)

1 bowl Cauliflower (large chopped)

1/2 bowl Bit or 1 small bit (peel and cut into small pieces)

1/2 bowl Carrots (chopped)

Water
-
2 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp Butter
-
2 Small Onions (Finely Chopped)
-
2-3 cloves of garlic (grate the ginger)
-
1-2 green chillies (pasted)
-
1 Small capsicum
-
5Tomatoes (2 finely chopped – no seeds) and (Puree 2 tomatoes). You can also use readymade

Salt
-
2-3 pound vegetable spices
-
1 tbsp Chili (take a little more if you eat spicy)

1 tbsp Long no juice
-
1 Chopped lemon
-
Coriander finely chopped
-
1 Become a pack

Bake 2-3 tbsp butter bun
-
1/2 tsp Panubhaji masala (to make masala bun)
Steps on How to Create Paumbhaji
1. In a cooker, add potatoes, cauliflower, cauliflower, peas, carrots and beets, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable spice and a pinch of salt and boil for 2 whistles.
2. Paumbhaji Now, in a pan, take 2 teaspoons of oil. Saute onion, garlic and capsicum in it. Once it is well combined, add chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes. Add tomato puree to the tomatoes. Add leafy spices and chilli. Let it simmer until the oil is released.
3. Now, add the boiled vegetables. Mix everything nicely. Add salt and lemon juice.
4. Now mash this mixture nicely with the help of a masher. Add butter and stir well. Add a little coriander. Shake nicely. The vegetables are ready
5. Put a little butter on the iron. Add some spices. Add finely chopped coriander. Bake the bun nicely.
6. Sprinkle a little butter on the vegetables and serve hot.
