Mexican food is everyone’s favorite in our home. Cassedia, Enchilada, Tako, Chalupa, Bean Barito. So I make everything at home, but Chalupa sometimes made nota at home. Now, after 2-3 months, I stopped eating everything outside and everyone started missing Tako-Bell’s chalupa very much. So I made it at home. Very easy. Outside chalupas are not the only sheep, but at home I made them from wheat flour. And very nice.

Ingredients :-

  1. 2 cups Wheat Flour
  2. 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  4. 2 tbsp Oil
  5. 1 tbsp Baking powder
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Kidney beans
  8. Black beans
  9. Tako seasoning
  10. Pinch The Hague
  11. 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  12. Mexican Cheese
  13. Salsa
  14. Savar Kim
  15. Lettuce Mix Salad
  16. Avocado (guacamole) sauce

Steps on How to Create Mexican Chalupa

1. Market chalupas are not the only sheep. But I am not alone in wheat flour. Have become very nice. If you don’t want to make mead alone, take 2 cups of mendo, and don’t take wheat flour.

2. Take wheat flour in a large bowl. Add salt, baking powder and mix. Add oil, add a little water and make flour like paratha. Cover the flour for 30 minutes and give it a rest.

3. Now, divide the flour into 3 equal parts. Take the loaf. And weave a little thicker than paratha.

4. Make holes with a fork so that it does not swell when frying. It is very important to do this.

5. Now, let the oil heat up. Heat evenly and fry one by one. While frying, hold the middle one with a fork and fry. So that its sap will come just like the outside.

6. Keep it on low heat till it turns nice pink and fry it one by one.

7. Boil the rajma and black beans. You can also take in Raj alone. Take 2-3 tablespoons of boiled beans with water. Add tako seasoning, chilli and asafoetida. Shake nicely. In a saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and add the beans. Warm up. Bake nice. Add a little salt and 1-2 teaspoons of water.

8. Now, in the fried thick bread, first add the beans, avocado sauce, salsa, sauerkraut, lettuce salad mix. Put in the cheese, have a spicy sauce, and enjoy a home-made chalupa made from even better home-made wheat flour.
