Gujarati sour sweet curry How To Make

Curry is a dish made from curd and chickpea flour. Curry is made differently in different parts of India. Everyone’s way of making it is different and everyone’s taste is different. Punjabi kadhi, Rajasthani kadhi, Maharashtrian kadhi and Gujarati kadhi. Of all these curries, Gujarati sweet and sour curry is my most favorite.

Gujarati curry is made from a mixture of curd / buttermilk and chickpea flour. It is seasoned with a few spices and ghee. It is made very quickly. And also very nice in the test.

If so, today you should see how my favorite Gujarati curry is made. Be sure to tell us what kind of curry you like, and how to make curry this way !!

  10. Chopped coriander

Steps on How to Create Gujarati sour sweet curry

1. Mix yoghurt and chickpea flour well. Be careful not to leave lumps.

2. Now, add water and mix well and heat on gas. If the yoghurt is not sour, add lemon juice.

3. dd green chillies, crushed ginger and curry. Adding this spice is optional. I like this spicy curry. Both are very nice. See if you can use it too.

4. Stir constantly. Stir until a bulge occurs so that the yoghurt does not crack. Now add sugar and stir.

5. Now, take the ghee in the extra. Add cumin, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, pepper seeds, cloves. Add neem leaves, chillies and asafoetida. Mix well.

6. Now add in the boiling curry. Mix well, and let it boil over low heat. Add a little water if desired. Once it boils well, remove the coriander from the gas and serve hot. Curry looks great the next day.
